Construction Update: 87th & Kedzie

Construction is underway with structural work, and select demolition to accommodate the new facade.

Exterior work will follow new structural work.

The interior rebuild has already begun.

If equipment is delayed due to the current economy's shortfall in materials, and workforce to fabricate materials timely. we anticipate opening the store in mid-summer 2023 depending on all materials arriving to operate the store.
